It was a perfect Halloween evening on Vivian Line last night.
Cool, crisp temperatures, dry conditions, no rain or snow, a Saturday night, an extra hour of sleep, a full moon and lots of lots of candy! Does it get any better?
We loved constructing the E.T. display and it will be one of our all-time favourites. We had planned for leaving it up for an extra day, however, due to the special weather statement for Stratford, high winds, and snow that is expected, we are sad to say there will be no Skeleton display today or Monday.
Operation Smile was scheduled to come Monday – so we could announce how much we raised through our Smile Campaign, unfortunately, this will be rescheduled due to weather.
We will keep you posted!
Thank you to Pat, owner of Domino’s Pizza Stratford for donating $500.00 to Operation Smile!
Skeleton Fans, you are all awesome for eating that pizza to help us reach our goal!
Thank you to Katie and her friend for carving skeleton pumpkins for our display!
Skeleton Fans, thanks to all who came yesterday and supported our Smile Campaign!
We loved seeing your smiles and hearing the comments about the displays and your ideas for next year.
Dylan and Blake were excited to see their bikes flying high, thanks also to Caleb for lending us your bike.
Skeletons of Fairfield gave me this awesome sign to help advertise the online world of the Skeletons of Vivian Line.
Thank you!
So many great costumes, parents, and kids having fun.
It was wonderful to meet you all!
We are happy to let you know that E.T. made it home!
Today is the last day to donate to Operation Smile and purchase Skeleton merchandise.
We are so excited to announce that we have surpassed our $10,000 goal and we will have the final numbers shortly.
Click here to donate on our dedicated page.
Thank you to Ken and Josh for your help in taking down the display, this morning, in the rain and wind.
