Thank you to everyone! We are so Grateful!
We couldn’t have created 25 days of Skeleton Antics without you, and achieved our creative challenge of over 100 displays with NO REPEATS!
Left to Right: Skin-Ann, Melissa, Bones, Trick, Lana, Brad, Treat, Justin and Quin
Our greatest achievement of the 2018 Skeleton season was changing the lives of 8 children suffering from cleft lip and cleft palate and giving them the gift of a beautiful smile.
The Skeletons presented a cheque today to Lana Liss of Operation Smile Canada for $1950.00!!
Thank you to Brad and Sherry Beattie of Beavertails for donating ‘scary tails’ and hot chocolate for our fundraiser.
Many thanks to those who continued to support our fundraiser. Click here to read a special thank you from Operational Smile.
So many beautiful smiles Trick or Treating last night!
Including these ‘Little Rascals’!
Thank you to all the skeleton fans:
- Who shared the skeletons’ smile around the world through emails and social media.
- For your kind comments, and suggestions through Email, Facebook and Instagram. It kept our bones going!
- Including our friends and neighbours who assisted when I called “Help, I am having a skeleton emergency”!
- Justin, Quin, the It’s About Thyme team, my wonderful neighbours, and friends for their help and patience.
- Scott Miller from CTV News and Galen Simmons from the Stratford Beacon Herald.
A very special skeleton high five to:
- Linda Mae Ogilvie, from The Virtual Trillium for the many long hours and late nights managing the skeletons’ online world.
- Chris Steingart, from QT Web Design
- Diane Murray for helping each morning in the dark to set up the skeletons and husband Jamie my ‘on-call’ Skeleton doctor.
- Joan and Claire Chapple, Bevin and Kim, Ken and Deb Murray, and the Schauers for their amazing props… I can’t thank you enough.
- Kristene and Marc of Rheo Thompson Candies for sponsoring Halloween night and supporting Pumpkin, the Rat’s sweet tooth.
- Lana Liss, Manager Community Engagement and Sponsorship from Operation Smile Canada.
- Caleb and Luca for creating their own skeleton antics and spreading the skeleton smiles.
Thank you, Everyone!
Special Skeleton Thank You, to my buddy Emerson – you made my mornings with your reactions to the skeletons. 😀
Smile… Laugh… and Enjoy every day!
See you next October.
