Did you know… there are over 12 different species of plant material so far identified in this special Rainforest… Do you know the name of this one? It looks a little frightening!
This special plant is a Dwarf Variegated Agave and it only blooms when it reaches 10 – 15 years old.
The flower is called the Death Blossom. Very appropriate for our Skeleton Rainforest display!
This plant blooms once in its lifetime and then the mother plant dies.
