With their cross country adventure completed the Skeletons would like to show case some great Canadian inventions before they wrap up their Canada 150 Celebrations.
There are 4 sports you can thank Canada for creating.
There is no question that Hockey is Canada’s game. The Skeletons of Vivian Line are regular players in the NHL – National Halloween League!

Basketball: Thanks to Dr. James Naismith who created the game in 1891 with a ball and a peach basket, it is now one of the world’s most popular sports.
Lacrosse: One of the oldest sports in North America, the creation dates back to long before European settlers reached Canada.
Even Pumpkin is caught up in the sport.
“STRIKE” Bones realizes he needed to put more ‘muscle’ into his throw. 5 Pin Bowling was invented in Toronto in 1909 and is played in all the provinces and territories across Canada.
