Day 6, 2017 – La Belle Province

The Skeletons celebrated travelling through Quebec by portaging along the St. Lawrence River and tapping a few maple trees along the route.

Quebec is the world’s largest producer of maple syrup.

The metal syrup buckets were the perfect location for Pumpkin to stash his timbits.

Trick and Treat tried both old and new methods to tap the maple tree.

(Should I tell them, that’s not a sugar maple?)

Treat was a little too “wrapped ” up in his work.

On the Count of 3… one…two…three… LIFT!!

Does he seriously think we are lifting this canoe??

SMILE…LAUGH…and ENJOY

Thank you to Jamie and Diane Murray, Michelle Goff and my mom for today’s props and setup.

Cheers,
Melissa
