Day 18 – Bug Hunting

With the sun shining and warmer temperatures, it was the perfect day to go bug hunting on Vivian Line.

Even the spiders came out of the house to stretch their legs.

Skin-Ann, in full bug jacket, was ready for anything… but is she aware of the large spider overhead?

Treat was on the lookout with his moose binoculars.

Trick wishes he was an entomologist, in another life.

With bug nets and cases ready, the skeletons were catching butterflies in all shapes and sizes.

Even Grimm and Reaper were successful!

Pumpkin mesmerized by the beautiful butterflies forgot to pack snacks.

What a beautiful day!

Thank you to our Skeleton Fans; Room 13, Grade 6, Central Public School in Cambridge and their teacher Nancy Cook for making all the beautiful butterflies.

Thank you to Kim and Bevin for the backdrop, and Cate Blowes Design for the wire  butterflies.

Happy 80th Birthday to our skeleton fan and neighbour Lorraine!

SMILE… LAUGH… and ENJOY!
