It’s Groundhog Day!
Will the groundhogs see their shadow? Will it be an early spring or six more weeks of winter?
Wiarton Willie, Nova Scotia’s Shubenacadie Sam, Punxsutawney Phil in Pennsylvania couldn’t see their shadows and have predicted an early spring.
However Stratford, Ontario’s Pumpkin the Rat did see his shadow at 8:10am this morning, predicting six more weeks of winter.
Which rodent will be right? Only time will tell. Whatever you want the outcome to be, its all in good fun, and remember the groundhog only has a 35-40% accuracy rating.
